These 2 luxury holiday flats are in a small purpose-built block looking towards Inverness Castle.
Located in the city centre, but off main roads.
3 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, city centre.
5 minutes walk to riverside walks, Eden Court Theatre, railway station.
There is a private parking space for each flat, off road, at the rear of the building.


THE ACCOMMODATION
Both flats have:
2 bedrooms (double and twin)
Bathroom with shower
TV, phone (honesty box)
Kitchen with fridge, freezer, washer / tumble drier, electric cooker with extractor hood, microwave.

Number 10 (on 1st floor) has a balcony and seat accessed from the living room.

Number 4 (on 2nd and 3rd floors) has a separate dining room, a penthouse lounge with panoramic view over the town and to the hills beyond.

This kitchen includes a dishwasher. The shower in this bathroom is a walk-in cubicle.


INVERNESS
Connel Court is an ideal base from which to tour the Highlands by car, coach, or on the spectacular Inverness to Kyle of Lochalsh rail line.
The capital city of the Highlands has an excellent selection of shops and restaurants, plus many traditional music venues. The easily accesible airport has regular

flights from London, Birmingham, Manchester and other parts of the UK and Europe.

DAY TRIPS TO SURROUNDING AREAS
Within easy reach are the Historic sites of Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns, Fort George, Cawdor Castle, Brodie Castle .
Discover the historic ruins of Urquhart Castle by Loch Ness and an ancient chambered cairn surrounded by a circle of 11 standing stones.

The flower bedecked villages of Drumnadrochit and Fort Augustus are popular areas with boat trips are available on Loch Ness.
Take the A9 south and explore Aviemore, the Cairngorm mountains and the popular TV Series 'Monarch of the Glen' country.
Numerous day tours are available by coach departing from Inverness city centre.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Rates £280 - £530 per week.
No smoking. No pets.
Linen is provided.

Half the rent is payable on booking, the remainder three weeks before the beginning of the holiday. Heating is by electric night storage, additional electric heaters are provided.
Guests are asked to read the electric meter at the beginning and end of their stay and to send an additional cheque for the amount used, at 12p per unit (standard) and 6p per unit (off peak).

With sensible use, expect to incur about £7 per week in summer, perhaps £20 in winter.
